Your responsibilities:
- Optimize the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding to product usage and support
- Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive experience for all users
- Develop and maintain customer feedback loops to identify areas for improvement
Requirements for this role:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in customer experience, customer success, or user experience design
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and process optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Familiarity with customer feedback tools (Canny is a +) and user analytics
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to work in a hybrid remote model (Berlin-based role)
